Manually adding articles to the CMS

The quickest way to add one or two articles to your knowledge base is by drafting them directly in the CMS. Be sure to select an existing Topic for the article or add a new one.

The short description appears only on Topic pages like this one, while the introduction is optional and appears at the beginning of your article to help visitors quickly determine if they are in the right place.

Uploading articles

If you are just getting started or have several articles you'd like to create, it might be faster to use a .CSV upload. Luckily, Framer makes this easy and I've prepared a Google Sheets template that you can use to speed up the process.

Just copy the Sheet template, add in as many fields as you like, and then export it as a .CSV. Then go to the Framer CMS and click on "Import" and then upload your document.
